Gary Shell is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 39 years of success in the construction, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and financial services industries. Leveraging extensive experience with change management and turnaround, His broad areas of expertise include crisis management, accounting, treasury, commercial insurance, cash flow, financial planning, IT strategy, analytics, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Throughout his executive career, Gary has held leadership positions with PE BEN USA, Inc.; Associated Pipe Line Contractors, Inc. (APLC); Sharps Compliance Corp.; Horizontal Drilling International (HDI); Raymond International Company, and Holben & Holben Certified Public Accountants, Inc..

Gary obtained a Master of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University; Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University; he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) State of Texas; Chartered Global Management Account (CGMA), and Eagle – Boy Scouts of America. He serves or has served on the B&I Committee and Vice-Chairman of the International Committee for the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants; Construction Financial Management Association – Heavy & Highway Committee, and Treasurer for the YMCA Trailblazers. In addition, Gary is a Member of AICPA, FEI and Houston PLCA.
